Creating the perfect match
Helpers are the glue that binds our network together, and it's in the connection between Members and their Helpers that the magic happens.
Our workforce and rostering teams ensure Helpers and Members can choose whom they work with. We take the time to craft those matches, allowing a meaningful bond and understanding to form between people.
Our teams make sure that Helpers can choose the hours they work and the days. It is a great flexible opportunity.
Learning and Development
We provide Helpers with an extensive range of opportunities to learn and upskill, that in turn develops their business and grows their careers at a self-directed pace.
Our learning and development is done through online courses and webinars, but we also have training facilitators who can arrange training events or 1:1 sessions for a more hands-on experience.
Magic Technology
Care connects us, and so can technology. When they are combined, the result is spectacular. Our technology allows Helpers to have everything they need to do a great job in one place, including rosters; Members’ help plans and transparent communication with a Helpers network.
